Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want to ensure you have a seamless experience. Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges below.

Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior notification may not be processed.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Our products are custom-made with care. Because of this personalized nature, we kindly ask that you double-check your size selection before finalizing your order.

  • Non-returnable items: Custom-made products created by special request and Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Standard shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a lost package.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you havenโ€™t received your refund yet, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please email us at info@the-whistle.com and send your item to: 67 Hakishon St. Tel Aviv, Israel

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total.
  • Tracking: For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
